Wabeco CC-D100 High Speed Lathe with 100mm 3 Jaw chuck

The Wabeco CC-D100 High Speed Lathe is manufactured in Germany and comes with a 2 year warranty. It is manufactured to toolmaker's accuracy and comes with the appropriate inspection report.

It comes standard with a precision 100mm 3 Jaw chuck with turning and drilling jaw and a hardened prismatic cast iron bed. It has an electronically infintely variable drive from 100 to 5,000 rpm, equipped with a strong work spindle drive with dynamic speed-controlled main drive motor, which can be adjusted by means of a potentiometer over a wide range of cutting speeds.

The standard motor is very adequate with single-phase inverse speed motor 2.0 kW, 230 V, 50 Hz as a direct current model with continuous rpm surveillance. It maintains constant torque throughout the entire speed range.

The work spindle bore has a diameter of 20 mm, and can be rotated both clockwise and anti-clockwise.

It has 2 automatic longitudinal feed with a leading spindle drive, tread cutting without exchanging loose change gear, and tumbler gear for left and right threads.

CNC lathe software and connection cable between PC and control system comes supplied, as well as the factory installed control unit with integrated operational control and feed motor.

It comes with the automatic 8 fold tool changer; 4 outside tools cross section 10 x 10 mm, 4 inside tools location hole 16 mm diameter. Speed control of the work spindle is performed by the software.

All guides and ball bearing spindles are lubricated centrally. Ball bearing spindles in 2 axes include leading spindle protective cover. The ball bearings spindles come with pre-tentioned, play-free ball roller nuts.

The safety machine cabinet in CNC is automatically locked.
